Wednesday 21th March - 15Km Brompton cycle, Run Ascot Loop 2, ipod says 8.27km in 37:25
Thursday 22th March - 15Km Brompton cycle
Friday 23th March - 15Km Brompton cycle, 40 lengths = 1000M swim
Saturday 24th March - Run - Ascot Loop 2 , ipod says 8.18km in 38:15
Sunday 25th March - Bike, Turbo trainer for 45 minutes.
Back to almost normal - no proper long bike on the Sunday.
