Part of my Ironman training, a ride from Ascot to the City of London.
I enjoy the ride in the morning, but the evening is tough going.
Bike to work - 57.59km, 2:00:22 hours, 28.71 average.
Home - 57.16km, 2:15:04 hours, 25.39 average.
Home headwind and a little rain made going a bit tough
