Commuting by Brompton - 7 miles + (Bank - Oxford Circus - Waterloo) - approx 5 miles, to pick up Nike RunLondon T-Shirt. I also bought some new trainers. I got Nike Plus Air Zoom Special Edition 10/2 Lance Armstrong ones on grey/yellow. Very nice, £65.
12 miles in total, some very fast as I made it from Oxford Circus to Waterloo in 13 minutes.
